By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) and other products containing cannabinoids derived from industrial hemp containing less than .03% THC. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol), or any other cannabinoid product or supplement. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with an understanding of the present status of hemp derived cannabinoid products.

A issuance of an RMA may or may not be needed depending on where you purchased the product. The customer is totally responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

*Please keep in mind that we do not offer a money-back guarantee since CBD, and any cannabinoid product affects different people differently. We cannot accept any returned products if they have been opened or used.
*Each brand has its own returns policy. If you were taken to a brands site for purchase you must see them for refunds and returns.

Returns Process:

1) Email us at [email protected] immediately after receiving the product to let us know that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 3-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep track of it. If the returned product(s) is over $100 we highly recommend insuring it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility or dropshipper, and can confirm the unopened condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-19 days for the refund to post to your statement.
